No tools are required.
Is the Espegard Fire Pan 60 safe?
Yes, extremely safe! In fact, the Espegard Fire Pan 60 has been specifically designed with safety in mind! While the relatively lightweight tripod forms a wide base, the pan itself provides a solid and low centre of gravity, making the whole thing very sturdy on any surface. If you live in a windy area or flying sparks are an issue, the Spark Guard 60 and Spark Guard Lid 60 can be easily and securely attached to the fire pan.
Of course, use common sense and never leave any open fire unattended, and take extra care if there are young children around.
Can the Espegard Fire Pan 60 be left outside?
Yes, it can be left outside. The pan itself is made of enamelled steel, which is highly resistant to rust, and the tripod is lacquered steel which also offers high protection from corrosion.
If you intend to leave your Espegard Fire Pan 60 outside all year round or for long periods without use, we recommend the Fire Pan Lid 60 or the Fire Pan Cover for added protection and to prevent rainwater pooling in the pan.
What accessories would you recommend?
Most Espegard fans want to start cooking up some food right away, so you can’t go wrong with the low maintenance Flat Frying Pan. The Wooden Sideboards are a fun and practical addition, and hook straight onto the side of the fire pan. For safe handling of grill grates or other hot equipment the premium Campfire Gloves are a great choice.
How quickly will my order be processed?
Orders received by 12pm are generally processed the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be processed the following business day.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Most customers receive their orders within 2 or 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders with a total value of $200 or more (including taxes and discounts) qualify for free shipping within Australia. We offer a flat shipping rate of $20 on all orders under $200.
What happens if I change my mind after I’ve made a purchase?
Not a problem. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return freight is at your own expense. Non-faulty items incur a 10% restocking fee.
Are Espegard products covered by warranty?
Yes, all Espegard products have a two year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, Espegard will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective product or parts covered under this warranty, free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. To claim under this warranty, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase and contact Espegard by email at sales@espegard.com.au .
